Lydia P. Myers

Lydia P. Myers joined our firm in December 2022 as our fully remote Of Counsel Attorney. She is a member of the Virginia State Bar and dedicates her practice to helping families establish comprehensive estate plans and administer trusts and estates.

A native of the Commonwealth of Virginia, Lydia received her Bachelor of Science in Government: Pre-Law from Liberty University, graduating summa cum laude. Subsequently, she attended and received her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from William & Mary Law School.

Lydia began her career as an Associate Attorney with a law firm in Reston, Virginia, where she represented clients in the areas of complex civil litigation and estate planning and administration. Subsequently, Lydia served Loudoun County, Virginia, as an Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney, where she prosecuted numerous misdemeanor and felony cases. Lydia returned to civil practice as an Associate Attorney, representing clients in matters involving trust and estate disputes, real estate litigation, construction law, and divorce and family law.

Lydia concentrates her practice in the areas of estate planning, probate, and trust and estate administration and will assist our clients in all of our practice areas. Having practiced in a myriad of legal areas, Lydia brings a unique and comprehensive perspective to each client's estate planning and administration to meet the client's needs best.
